AIM: 99% of our customers choose to chat with us while we work on their servers. It's a great way to get to know us and a great way for us to ask questions when we need to. This service is currently offered as a free service. Due to the large number of chat services available on the Internet, we have reduced our selection to only 1 service. We only support AIM at this time.

If we are not available, our Live Chat system allows you to send us an e-mail which will be routed to one of our Unix Consultants.
