• Our Modernbill Support does not include troubleshooting related to php, server environment setup issues, database issues or bug related issues. If you need additional services, please don't hesitate to

• Modernbill Licenses are billed monthly. Invoices must be paid on time to avoid license suspension. Monthly billing is based on a recurring charge at the time of signup using either a credit card or a Paypal subscription.
Paypal subscriptions must remain active for the life of the license and may not be cancelled by the user. Paypal subscriptions that are cancelled without informing us first, will have their licenses suspended or terminated. All billing is governed by our
BILLING POLICY.
• All Modernbill licenses are non-transferable, without exception.
